Mechanical Lock Standing Seam

The Mechanical Lock (ML-100 & ML-150) panel system features structural performance as well as architectural aesthetics. ML-100 and 150 panels can be factory formed and/or fabricated, for all substrates, at project locations. Utilizes concealed fasteners with a fixed and/or floating clip system.

The Mechanical Lock panel system presents a reliable and efficient solution for roofing and wall cladding projects in various construction applications. Known for its secure interlocking seam and durable construction, these panels offer durability and versatility for both commercial and residential buildings.

Featuring a concealed clip system, the Mechanical Lock panel system ensures tight seams and enhanced weather resistance. This design prevents water infiltration and provides reliable protection against adverse weather conditions, making it ideal for regions with extreme climates.

Available in two rib heights—1″ (ML-100) and 1.5″ (ML-150) —the Mechanical Lock panel system offers enhanced versatility to accommodate different design preferences and structural requirements. Whether it’s a sleek and modern look or a more traditional aesthetic, these panels provide flexibility for various architectural styles.

For even stronger structural panels, we also offer a 2″ Mechanical and 3″ Trapezoidal panel system.

Designed to provide structural integrity, Mechanical Lock panels is suitable for a wide range of construction projects. From commercial warehouses to residential homes, these panels offer reliable protection and long-lasting performance in demanding environments. Mechanically locking panels are built to withstand the test of time. Their durable construction ensures longevity and resilience, reducing the need for frequent maintenance and repairs over the lifespan of the building.
